It's two weeks away, the weather is almost entirely unpredictable this far away. Same could be said for Richmond which is over a week away.

I suspect that the ventilation system needed to make a domed racetrack remotely feasible would be too expensive to be worthwhile.

Unless they did something like they have at Safeco Field in Seattle, where it's just a retractable roof but it's still an open-air environment. The question still remains though whether this would provide adequate ventilation to make it safe.
