NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Qualifying at Texas

They didn't even work on q trim in practice. Lots of long runs. Then in qualifying he got loose after hitting the bump between 1&2. It was all over after that. There car odds supposedly really fast in race trim, though.

I hope so, he needs to rip off some good finishes.

I find the lack of performance shown by the #18 & 99 thus far to be surprising :confused: and if/when that #9 team ever figures out how to close a race, they'll be a factor.

Right on.

Martin has run 2 fewer races and is still ahead of Kahne and Kurt Busch in points while trailing Gordon by only 7.
