In the first edition of an interactive online rulebook, NASCAR has provided clarity on its revamped testing procedures for the 2015 Sprint Cup season.

There are plenty of other threads taking about the testing. I only created this one because of the reference to the NASCAR online rulebook.

They talked about it before last season indicating that it would be released. This was the first mention of it that I've seen in some time. Perhaps that day isn't far away.

They've never been able to print one before because there were amendments coming out before the ink was dry . Now , instead of just the teams finding holes in the rules , we'll all be doing it . Peachy.

I wish they'd stream or broadcast the drivers' meeting each week.

If they gave us just one paragraph , I'll bet we could spend a year dissecting it . We could easy come up with twenty or thirty interpretations and hundreds of questions . We don't need no stinkin book .
