Danica's first race at Bristol. Im looking forward to it. I think she will do better than people think. Im pretty excited.

Kudos to Ricky Stenhouse Jr. for winning the pole. Danica qualified 29th, I was hoping she would of qualified closer to the front. Im hoping she runs a clean race and moves to the front.

That is so totally screwed up... I will give her credit for standing up for herself.
 
I don't blame her for not being happy. Since the car didn't take the green flag, it should not be allowed to race now and should get no money.

I agree it didn't take the green flag it shouldn't be allowed to race.
 
I guess the announcers are waiting to get both sides of the story as they haven't mentioned a single word about it.

I don't think there is a way he wouldn't I mean he forces her to start and park and then tells her he is breaking her contract.
 
I'm glad she stood up to him in her own way, by not taking the green flag. I wish these owners and drivers would realize that a contract should mean something.
 
Since it's sunny and I'm outside doing yard work (other that the periodic break to check the google machine), can someone tell me what y'all are talking about with Cobb?

Basically, Jennifer Jo thought she was going to be racing the entire race today. Just a few minutes before the race started the car owner told her she was going to be a start and park and she would not be racing in Cali next week.

She refused to even start the race.

She didn't take the green flag,got out of the car while sitting on pit road. She said the owner told her 10 minutes before the race that she was to S&P or Nascar would give her a black flag, and that he was breaking her contract for her to drive car in Cali. So she got her and didn't take the green flag. A reporter asked the owner for his side, but he said he couldn't hear her.

They are ignoring it real good. The only other mention has been that Lawson had gotten in the car and was on the track 145 laps down. Which I don't think it should even be allowed to be on the track.
 
Russell would have to ask Nascar to blag flag Cobb, am I correct?
