NBC?

Does anyone know how long is it untill NASCAR goes onto NBC? :AHHHH:
 
The worse of two evils...DW or Benny? I will be glad not to have to listen to DW but man Benny drives me nuts too. Just hoping NBC has better coverage as far as restarts and such that Fox always seems to miss.
 
i can get annoyed with DW, but can deal with it, Allen Bestwick sounds like a girl, Benny, well i just really dont like him, and he makes alot of mistakes if you listen to him, and Wally, he acts like its a know it all, and is amazing, but we know if he was he would have a ride, well at least besides the one lap he does on the prerace, and Bill Webber i think his name is, i just cant stand him either, dont know why, i would say overall i cant stand watching a race on nbc
 
Fox is the better station by far...they have a real car to model what happens to the cars on the track, and on NBC they have like 1 big diecast to show it... ;) . Benny Pearsons is very annoying! I would take DW over Benny any day any time!!!

Fox misses the restarts cause we got to sit there and watch Hammond explain to everyone what a "tire" is on the cutaway car. I'm sick to death of that stuff. I really miss the old ESPN coverage, but I won't get started on that again.....
 
Fox and NBC both do a good job. Mike Joy and Alan Bestwick do a great job calling the races :cheers:
 
I agree! Both NBC and FOX are good in there own ways. FOx seems geared to the younger Fans and NBC to the older fans!I am younger so it makes sence that FOx is my favortie, But I like them both!! Only person I don't care for is Wally, i would like some one like Glen Jarret in his seat

i sorta wish that fox didn't do the NFL so they could at least to the second half of the season. I don't mind NBC too much. Wally thinks he is a freakin genious and Allan tries to laugh and it just sounds bad. I always liked BP.

and to those who wish it was like ESPN

Fox hired ESPN's production team
NBC hired more of ESPN's on air personalies
 
For those who want ESPN back look at how bad the IRL covrage is now!!! Racin is great but all you see is about 1 parade lap and the winner interveiw, sometimes not even that!
 
If you whiners don't like the coverage , don't watch it! Or turn off the sound and listen to MRN. ;)
 
Bestwick is ok on"This Week in Nascar",but he is corny as hell on NBC.

I didn't take any of the post as whining just voicing of opinions, we are allowed to still do that aren't we?

It's just you had your opinion yet everyone else was a "Whiner" does the comment about Bestwick make you a whiner too?

My best suggestion to NBC is to pan the cameras back just a bit, don't get caught up in the gee wiz graphics video game approach..and set up cameras where tracks have dog legs, so you have trailing and leading shots. Then someone around here needs to start broadcasting MRN again.
