Maybe, but some nuts are a little sweeter than others. Now if the Pack can pull of the miracle upset next weekend we will have accomplished 2 things. Won the mythical State Championship (thanks Mack Brown for a meaningless gesture) and we will have sunk the mighty Holes ACC championship aspirations.

Oh, and I did screw up last night. I "accidentally" spilt barbecue sauce on a Weak Forest fan's Alexander Julian 'Shroud of Grobe' scarf. Once they got over the shock of the stain they then chastised me for BBQ'ing their "Party Pig". (Yeah, I know, non-NC sports fans won't get that reference).
 
NC State opens the season 0-4 in the ACC and then reels off 4 straight wins to finish 4-4. They said that is the only time this has been done in the history of the ACC. All we needed was to get some playmakers back from the injury list.
I won't even speculate what the season may have looked like otherwise.
It was great that O'Brien called a timeout in today's beatdown of U of Miami to put Daniel Evans in as QB for the victory kneeldown to end the game. Daniel really tried his best the last few years but he was never a Div 1 QB. He didn't get any offers and we took him as a legacy recruit.
But, Russel Wilson appears to be the real deal. And he's a redshirt freshmen. The future is looking brighter.
Now it's just a matter of what Bowl we go to...
 
bp, too bad the Wolfies didn't play this well early on. Just took them time to get things together and all their good people healed. And how about the ACC with the quality of teams there. Duke got off to a good start and then faded quickly. State got off to a horrible start and surged at the end. Only two teams in the ACC are not bowl elligible.
