Need garage recommendations

We're running new 220 and 110 conduit lines and (unknown material, but not plastic) air lines in our garage. Right now we have 5 breaker bays open, and only 3 110V outlets in the whole garage that are all GFCI outlets (and no 220).

We are going to run the 220 right next to the breaker box for the compressor and welder. We have a 10 foot 10/3 220V extension cord, but we're debating wether to make a second 220 drop or not, and where to put it if we do. The main issue is that on one wall, there will be a 110 conduit and air pipe coming down side by side, then going across the bench parrallel to eachother, and we don't think that would look good, let alone if we add a 220 drop at one end.

We are also going to add a ceiling fan in the recessed area, as well and 1 or 2 more 4 foot lights.

What would you do? Here's our rough plans.... The red 110V would have a duplex every 2.5 feet.

Nice, very nice. You going to epoxy coat the floor? I think only 3 110 outlets is going to be very limiting. Can't you put a sub panel in fed off your main? We had 110 outlets every 6 feet in the race car garage and enough 220 outlets so we didn't have to run the MIG on a extension cord.
Best for air is threaded pipe, next is thick walled copper. Both are kinda pricey though. Don't use PVC!!
Oh, where's the fridge? Can't have a garage without a fridge, it's a Man law.:beerbang:

those pics were before we moved in. Add 2 vehicles, a gocart, lawn mower, 3 100 pound toolboxes, and a 12 ft long workbench...epoxy coat aint happening.

Well we'll have the 3 GFCI outlets (one by compressor, one next to bench, one by interior garage door on right) plus the 3 we add (along the work bench). Plus we have 3 50 foot extensions and 2 25 ft extensions. The 1 or 2 220's will share a single 220 breaker, and all the 110's we add will share a breaker. The extra lights we'll extend from the existing lighting circuit, and the ceiling fan we're not sure on yet (probably add a switch to the existing panel by the interior door).

We'll probably use the threaded pipe. My dad was in a shop once when it's plastic (those cheapy kits that get advertised on Spike/TNN/whatever it was inbetween) air lines shattered.

Our MIG has a 6 foot cord, a 6 foot feed, and a 10 foot extension cord (10 guage 3 conductor). Plus we'll build a welding table with locking casters. So 220's wont be such a problem.
