Need prayers

I probably won't be around much till the weekend.

A year ago my mom was diagnosed with an acustic neuroma. That is a tumor on the acustic nerve. This nerve controls hearing. She has since gone deaf in her right ear. After her check up with the doctor, we found out that the tumor has grown 2-3mm. This is a lot considering the tumor is located where the nerve enters the brain. The tumor is not operable.....so she will be having gamma knife radiation on Thursday morning. At this point, we are both fearful and nervous.

She could resally use your thoughts, prayers and good wishes. I'll keep you posted on how things go.

Thanks for all the prayers and good wishes. Today's preliminary tests went well. The people at the gamma knife center are very nice. I was very impressed with their compassion and professionalism.

I'm doing a lot better, I have a lot of hope. Mom is still scared, but seems to be a bit better.

When this is all over, I'll let you know how things went.
