BUSCH SERIES ‘REALITY’ SHOW PLANNED
Speed Channel says it will debut a reality series based in the Busch Series on Feb. 16. The show, tentatively titled "NBS 24-7," is scheduled to chronicle the lives of multiple drivers and their teams over more than 40 weeks. "There has been a lot of talk about NASCAR reality shows, but the key has always been the access," said Speed Channel President Jim Liberatore. "With NASCAR giving this project its blessing, we think we are on to something special here. With full garage access and the ability to incorporate actual race footage, Speed viewers will get closer to their sport than ever before." Kestrel Communications of Atlanta will produce the show.
