Hi all. Emma here. I am new to discussion forums but not to NASCAR. I have been a fan since the early 80's. I came across an invitation to join this forum while lurking at R.A.S.N. hope you do not mind another poster joining your ranks.

I do not pull for any particular driver, however, I am partial to those who drive the Bowties and Pontiacs. It was good to see Dodge return to the stock car racing ranks, I think. For the FORD fans amoungst you, I may be putting my foot in it on my first visit, but I almost never pull for the boys driving the blue ovals. <ducking>

I prefer the short tracks, Bristol being my favorite, then the superspeedways, road courses, and lastly the 1.5 milers.

Here's hoping the Richmond race tonight is not a wreck fest!
 
Welcome Emma.......this is a good board to join. We have fun with each other and sometimes we get into some big time discussions but the Owner and the Mods don't let it get too far out of hand. I think it's the best board on the net. And, I'm sure nobody minds another poster........the more the merrier!!:)

I pull for Dale Jr. primarily, but also like Ricky Rudd, Tony Stewart, Ryan Newman, and others. Actually, I like them all.

I pull for Jr, Tony, DJ, JJ, Ryan, Jeffie..........heck I pull for most everyone (except maybe Robby). And, that encludes everyone's favorite driver, the donut guy.........Jimmy Spencer!!:D
 
Hello there.

I respect all the drivers out there but I tend to pull for the underdog. I pull for Michael Waltrip, not b/c he's a part of DEI, but b/c I've followed him throughout his career.

Hi Emma I am new here too and grew up in a "Ford" family, where with 6 brothers I was scarsely allowed to utter a Chevy drivers name in regards to racing. I have a wide variety of favorites and while most of them are in Fords, several are not and now that I have moved from the state that all my brothers live in I am ok with that!

My two DJ's are my overall favorites, Jarrett and Jr. but I pretty much like em all!
