So, Teddy Bridgewater and Jadeveon Clowney have already committed. Conventional wisdom says Bridgewater goes to Houston but could you imagine Clowney and JJ Watt on the same defensive front in Houston?

I disagree with saying it'd be dumb for Jacksonville not to draft Clowney. I don't think he'll be on the board when Jacksonville goes on the clock. I'm hoping Blake Bortles goes to Jacksonville but I think they'll draft Manziel. They need a quarterback more especially since Blackmon probably won't be back.

So Jeffrey00, how do you think this goes down with Houston?

There could be as many as 5 QB's taken in the first 8 picks, with Houston, Jacksonville, Cleveland, Oakland, and Minnesota all in the market for one.

IMO there are a lot of good, not great, quarterbacks in this draft. I have to imagine Bridgewater is the sure #1 pick, he's a stud for sure. Bortles will likely be a top 10 pick, same with Manziel. I have a feeling Manziel might be a bust though. He is a fantastic player but he better grow up fast if he wants to survive in the NFL.

McCarron, Boyd, Hundley, Carr, etc. will likely be drafted in the second and third rounds, but I really don't think they go in the 1st unless someone gets desperate and reaches. The 2010 draft class was extremely weak for quarterbacks, and as a result, a lot of QB needy teams reached the following draft. Locker, Gabbert and Ponder went 8th 10th and 12th. The QB class last year was equally as weak as '10, which puts teams this year in a similar situation. I'm curious to see if history repeats itself and guys get drafted way too early, or if teams have learned to be patient.

St. Louis is shopping their #2 overall and could end up stockpiling picks again.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Cleveland trade up and get Bortles since Teddy will be gone.

Cleveland would be smart to trade up since St. Louis looks like they want to stockpile picks. If Bortles stays, Cleveland can still get Manziel.

If Jacksonville leaves the first round without Clowney, Manziel or Bortles, I will flip ****. If Chad Henne's front and center next year, I will ****** rage.

I hope Cleveland takes no part in Manziel.
I'm with you on that. I have been since the first time I saw the kid. Of course, it looks like the Browns are high on him. If they go that route, I just really hope I am wrong. I like a lot of what I've seen from Bortles, but I'm not 100% sold on anybody but Bridgewater.

Houston now saying they may be interested in trading the #1 pick. Maybe they're not so high on Bridgewater after all.
