NFL Pick 'em Week 1

Rules are fairly simple. Just tell me who you think will win each game every week. On Tuesday's I will update the previous week's thread with the win-loss total for everyone that week. Then I will create a new thread for the New week for the season total in it.

All Thursday game picks need to be in before kick off for the first Thursday game.

All Sunday and Monday pics need to be in before kickoff of the early games on Sunday.

I tried to wok up to being offended by those of you who are picking the Dolphins over my much improved Browns, but I just can't. They have a lot more talent and about a 300% improvement in their coaching staff, but they still have to go out and prove it.

I think we are really going to miss Gordon this game.

And they signed their new kicker. Former Ratbird Billy effing Cundiff. What a downgrade over Phil. He'll cost us at least one game this season.

Sorry I just can't buy into the Browns this year. I really want to, but I think Weeden is a horrible QB. Browns and Raiders for number 1 pick. Good news is you will either end up with Clowney or Bridgewater.

I don't think anyones trying to buy into Cleveland yet. They still have a lot of improvements to make and they need some depth. Weeden isn't Peyton Manning, but he's improved tremendously. He never really had any receivers to throw to either. But no way is Cleveland in the hunt for the #1 pick. They should win 5-6 games at least this year.

I agree. Weeden isn't headed for the Hall Of Fame, but he can be much better this year in an offense that he is pretty much perfectly suited for. Last year's offense was exactly the wrong scheme to maximize Brandon Weeden's performance. The kicking game scares me, but there are 30 other teams that don't have Phil Dawson either and many of them manage to win anyway.
 
All Thursday Picks are locked in. If anyone wants in until Sunday you will get a loss for Thursday. Still way early one loss probably won't make or break a season. So I will still take picks until Sunday before kickoff of the early games. After that all weekly picks will be locked in, even for Monday night games.
