NFL playoffs first round matchups

I think the Texans, Colts, Packers and Seahawks will win

I hope the Texans, Vikings and Seahawks will win, and I'm really torn on the Colts/Ravens game.

I got the Bengals over the Texans. On paper it shouldn't be close but the Texans have looked bad on both sides of the ball the last 2 games.

Packers over the Vikings- Home field advantage

Baltimore over the Colts. Baltimore is getting healthier on offense and defense and the return of Ray Lewis.

Washington and Seattle is the game I'm looking forward to the most. This one is truly a toss up but I'm gonna say Seattle. I say that because RG3 really looked to be bothered by his left knee and Seattle's defense is tough. With that said Alfred Morris should really be considered for rookie of the year and I'll be pulling for the Redskins. 2 rookies leading the offense and London Fletcher on the other side.

The Texans are limping into the playoff's but I still see them beating the Bengals.
The Colts/Ravens game should be a good one but I'm going with the Ravens.

No way the Packers lose twice in a row to the Vikings.
RG3 isn't as fast with that tweaked knee. It will be close but I got the Seahawks over the Redskins.

AFC WILD CARD
Cincinnati Bengals at Houston Texans
Indianapolis Colts at Baltimore Ravens

NFC WILD CARD
Minnesota Vikings at Green Bay Packers
Seattle Seahawks at Washington Redskins

Texans are, and have been, way overrated all year. They barely beat the worst team in the NFL and they needed the refs to hand them a win the following week. Since then, the Texans have shown what they really are. The only good team they beat was Baltimore and that was a fluke win.

I've got to go with Baltimore in that game. The Colts are rock solid right now and I really like Andrew Luck -- but he's not going to get away with some of his passes. Luck throws A LOT of interceptions, and that'll be the same in the battle of the two Colts teams. Ed Reed will pick Luck off, and he'll do it often.

Vikings/Packers should be close, but I'm going with the Packers.

The last two Redskins playoff appearances, they've been knocked out by the Seachickens. I'd expect that again. Seachickens are the best team in the league right now, they're going all the way.

Texans, Colts, Vikings & Redskins

Looking back at everyone's picks, it looks like I'm the anti Andy vote. :D

I wasn't expecting to hear that the Vikings quarterback was being replaced when I made my picks. Oh well, a pick is a pick. That will make it all that much more sweeter when they win anyhow.

I've got to put all this on Shanahan. If your QB is injured and not being productive, you've got to take him out.

Redskins don't deserve to win this. In fact, this should be a 42-14 game.

There's no excuse for that.

They should've pulled RGIII at halftime and rallied the team. After they benched RGIII and then the BS non-call on that pass interference on third down, the Redskins completely gave up.
I hope he didn't mess his knee up to bad.

I wonder if Synder had anything to do with RGIII staying in there....I despise the skins, but RGIII is awesome.

I've had 3 knee surgeries, MCL, ACL replacement and meniscus repair on one knee (cadaver parts used) and meniscus repair and ligament tightening on the other.
On the MCL/ACL knee I was back to work in a month, the other knee took about the same, a little less. When cadaver parts or even your own stuff is used your body breaks down the tissue and rebuilds it. This process takes about 6 months.

Problem is, the jackass (Shanahan) has the fool (RG3) out on the field the week after his injury. And in today's NFL, the goal of every defense is to take the top player out of a game. Anyone who thinks the Saints are the only team that had a bounty program for initiating season or career ending injuries is a moron.

It was either Deangelo Hall or James Harrison who said the goal of every defensive player is to initiate a serious, career ending injury against offensive players.

I don't like that the NFL is turning the game in to a flag football league -- but at the same time, when you have people saying their goal is to seriously harm other players, what can you do?

My thought on Mike Shanahan:
Stupid ass idiot dumbass wanky fool wanker ass moron dumb**** jackass ****tard dip**** ******** dumbass of dumbassery douchy douchebag of douchebagism
