A lot of them aren't happy with the results, so don't be too quick to say the strike is done.

10 year agreement with no opt out clause? that's a long time for a labor contract. i'd take my time and make sure a lawyer goes over every page of it in detail with the player's reps, who then takes it to the various teams they represent, then take a vote. that could take several weeks.
