I gave up and decided to watch Family Guy reruns. Wake me when Andy Reid's been fired.
 
I would like to thank the Vikings for spanking the Bears and the Lions for being the Lions. Packers on top of the Black and Blue.

A guy fumbling a kickoff is not Reids fault but this team really lacks something.I guess maybe it is time to start at the top.
 
Man, Ed Reed was pissed at his team getting burnt by Manning. Joe Flacco is competing with Eli Manning over who can play worse today.
 
Please tell me how Phil Sims can proclaim Romo to be one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.:rolleyes:
 
Well that was a helluva game. Now all the Cowboys fans are happy about the three-way they're about to have. :cool:
 
I hate Dallas but they'd be the best team in the league if they had a real quarterback. But the Cowboys might make the playoffs and the media's going to continue giving Tony Romo the verbal BJ.
 
NBC News will break out of the 49ers/Patriots game to carry the President's speech at the Newtown vigil when he comes to the podium. The game will be moved to NBC Sports Network.
 
Not following NBC's logic of breaking in to the game. The speech is on every other broadcast network and on NBC's cable operation MSNBC. Not many people even know what CNBC and NBC Sports Network are.

This time I am listening to the president, it is a national tragedy when schools become a place where children die. Our children are the most thing we will ever have.

I will watch the game afterwards

Because it belongs there Andy. Put the game on one (or more) of the other NBC channels. Given what's going on, I think even you can accept it.

It was the right decision and I'll leave it at that.
 
I understand that it's sports but I don't understand running up the score when it's mathematically impossible for the other team to win. The Patriots do it all the time. I know they'll do it against Jacksonville next week.

Me neither. Pro Football inconsistency is hard for me to figure out. 12 wins 4 losses, 750 % used to be the standard in the 70s and 80s
Now it seems like just making the playoffs and peaking then is more critical. A brutal game, maybe necessities compromises to survive. The Giants, their defensive line, if they make playoffs are still a team to watch.

They did all they could to let the Pats back in it but in the end they held them off.

Whose ready for that classic battle tonight between the Titans and the Jets? With two teams of that level I'm sure people will be talking about it for years to come!!!!!
