Needed since Atlanta moved to Winnipeg and doesn't make sense to be in the southeastern conference. They will change likely to a 4 conference set up. Based off time zone the eastern time zone will have 2 7 team conferences. 1 8 team conference in the central, 1 western and mountain of 8 teams.
