So I've been watching NHRA for a few short years now when I can catch races, but I've yet to figure out the points system. Could someone explain to me how it works in this series of racing.

The Chase.

NHRA instituted the Countdown last year, which is another welfare points system.

I'll be pissed if Tim 'The Giant Killer' Wilkerson doesn't win the championship as a result of Countdown to 1.
