...this raises so many legal questions on so many levels. Besides the money issues doesn't that mean he is sleeping with his daughter which I would assume is illegal even if she is in her 40's

don't think that applies to adopted children. didn't woody allen marry an adopted daughter?
 
Other than California I think Florida has the lock on Idiotic Court Cases :mad:
