Nick just let me know that he will arrive in San Diego in early June. Their work is complete in the Persian Gulf. Apparently, his job wasn't needed until we were actually at war. Now that it is pretty much over, they are getting out of the Gulf. Praise God he and his shipmates are coming home in one piece. I just thought you all might like to know.

4X, That is wonderful news! I am so happy for Nick and all his shipmates! Your family must be very relieved that he is returning safely. God Bless all our troops and their families!

Great news, 4x!! I'm glad Nick and his buddies are safely on the way home. When you see him, tell him I said thanks for all his hard work.

That is great news!!!!

It sounds like alot of families will start saying that there relatives will be coming home soon.

4x, that is awesome news.

Thank him, from us here, for serving his country. It's a noble thing to do during these times, and you better buy him a beer or 20 one night. :)

Great news 4x, as far as I'm concerned every man or woman that is or was over there is a hero.

Despite the antiwar protesters, I hope Nick and fellow troops release that many of us are grateful for the what they do. Job well done!

Now let's finish the job.

Thanks guys and girls. It's pretty cool to know that you all care about stuff like this. He will be coming home for 2 weeks some time in June and I will certainly make sure I get a chance to say thanks.

4x, just remember to say thanks for us too! :salute:
We all really appreciate what our service men and women do for our country, day in and day out. Fighting for not only the freedom of the citizens of the US, but helping other countries fight for their freedom as well. We may not all agree with sending our troops to fight other peoples fights, but when they can't defend themselves, someone has to lend them a hand. :salute:  :salute:  :salute:
