I've been thinking when it runs Le Mans what happens if they misjudge passing a normal car can the side pod be ripped off?

I saw this the other day and forgot about it, it looks stupid and I think it's going to fail. I could be wrong about the failing part but it still looks stupid.

will be interesting to see how it navigates the essess....safe to say it will be a rocket down the back straight.....hopefully it can make the chicanes.....I'm more interested in front tire wear than anything.
