The Orioles start the season 3-0 at home for the first time since 1997 (which was their last winning season). Hopefully they keep it up against the goddam Yankees the next three games.

Ubaldo Jimenez of the Indians had a perfect game going through 5 2/3 innings the other day and a no-hitter going through 6+ innings. Then he walked 2 guys and threw a wild pitch to move them to second and third. Then the Jays got their first hit and tied the game at 2. Of course, the Blue Jays went on to win it in extra innings.

That's ok though, the Tribe won yesterday so all is right with the world.
