No More Roman Numerals in the Super Bowl

Well, it looks like America's annual lesson in roman numerology is over. Yesterday the NFL released the logo for the 2016 Super Bowl (2015 season), which will be known as "Super Bowl 50" instead of Super Bowl L.

I read that it's just for the next one. Didn't want it to be Superbowl L. The Roman numerals will return for LI
Oh OK, I thought they were doing this going forward. I guess "Super Bowl L" doesn't look as good on marketing materials and merchandise.
 
While we're on the subject, I've always wondered: what is the roman numeral for zero? ;)
