Well, due to race weekend expansions, Eldora Speedway has done away with the Prelude To The Dream in 2013. This sucks! Ive been going every year now for 5 years..

No way! Maybe they moved it to another date, but there's no way Tony cancels that race.
Lame ass excuse, In my opinion."It takes a ton of work to put the Prelude on," he said. "We're changing our format for how we run the Dream (Late Model race) that weekend, making it a three-day weekend with that series. We're trying to focus on that a little bit more and some changes we think are going to be better for our Late Model race.
"We just needed to take a year off while we focus on that and make sure we don't get overloaded on that."
Might be back?
The Prelude to the Dream charity race at Tony Stewart's Eldora Speedway won't be on the calendar in 2013, but it may return in the future, Stewart told reporters Friday at Kansas Speedway.

That's great news. I don't know why this news upsets so many people, I mean has anyone even watched that 'race'?
Now here we go again.

Its not great news to the charities who were able to help more people or the people who enjoy racing of all kinds. It was a good event and brought in millions of dollars for charity. That's great news. I don't know why this news upsets so many people, I mean has anyone even watched that 'race'?
