No TV For Truck Practice Or Qualifying

I don't know why people get so worked up about practice being on tv or not. In fact, IMO, it's too much TV coverage that's hurt the sport overall. There's only so much time on TV, and when you get that much saturation, it just drives people away. (again, IMO)

Practice is a great way to find out how everyone's running, and i hardly think that SPEED is pressed for programming time if they can run some of the lame shows that they have on now. If there's no coverage at all, how are people supposed to become interested?

You got to see a great indycar race instead, much more exciting.;)

I watched a little of that Indy Car race while I was waiting for the real racing to start.I have a question. Why do we get all hot when the stands are only 90% filled and the race is not a sell out? Looked to me like those stands were not even 20% filled. The announcers never mentioned attendance when I was watching. I would like to see the difference in actual attendance between the Indy car race and the truck race.

Richmond was not close to a sell out either for the cup race.

I was right, and there was a count.Robin Miller just reported on Speed that a reporter counted the fans and said he has more dandelions in his lawn than there were paid fans at the Indy car race.So thats official.
