Junyer and Mark on the same team at Hendrick. :eek:

I guess this makes me like Jeff and Jimmie a lot more.
 
I still say --- Mark has earned the right to do what he damned well pleases. If he's happy, we have to live with it.

We may not like it, but it is HIS decision.

Exactly.
Just like it's his decision to retire whenever he wants and change his mind when he wants. I hate when people complain about Mark's initial retirement announcement; the guy's human and can change his mind....

Yeh ok but 5 times, i'm sick of the guy, but alas another year then a partial year, who knows after that....he will probably come up with some more reasons to keep racing.
 
I'm a fan of the driver, I don't care what team he drives for.

He can go drive for Kyle Busch for all I care, I'll still cheer for him.

All the people who quit cheering for Junyer because he went to Hendrick to win races are losers, and all the people who are going to stop cheering for Mark because he went to Hendrick are also losers. Those aren't fans, a fan supports his driver no matter where he goes. :beerbang:

TRL, I agree, Mark's earned the right to do whatever the hell he wants. I don't care what he does, I will support him.

GO MARK MARTIN #5 - bring home Daytona and bring home the Sprint Cup! :beerbang:

Mark Martin is in the 5 car.....he may never win a race again.:D
 
well, let me say this..... I was a fan of his in the 70's during the ASA days..... I was there in April of 81 at North Wilksboro for his first start in NASCAR..... I was there thru the Roush Years...... ( I still contend that he got screwed outta the championship at Richmond with those spacers....) and I so haaaaaaated to see him go, but almost as much hated to see him in the 8..... but I will still say he won the Daytona 500...... not Harvick.......lol) so, I guess, God help me, I'm gonna have to go buy Hendrick Motorsports gear now......Least Kellogs will be an easier sponsor than Viagra...lmao. so as they say, "Come on over to the dark side, we have cookies......lol", or as my wife, the Jeff Gordaon fan says, "we have championships"........lol

I didn't care who won that Daytona 500. Mark and Kevin are my favorites. And you never, never get to see both your drivers compete for the win in The Great American Race in a photofinish!

So far, I've not seen one Mark Martin fan that has said they were not going to support Mark, including myself. Some of us are having a little fun with it.

I have seen Junyer fans stop cheering for Junyer because he went to Hendrick. These people should be ashamed to call themselves race fans.
 
This means I'll have renewed interest in Nascar again. When MM went part time, I only really watched those races in detail...I'd love to see him win that champ next year...even if it is for the felon. Go Mark !!
