Now I don't see that every day

I just saw two deer out my back door. I didn't think there were enough woods around here for them to live, but obviously I was wrong. These two full grown does just walked casually across the parking lot of the church behind my house. I tried to get a picture with my cell phone, but they were a little too far away to really show up in the picture.

I have a family of bunny rabbits living on my property, it's cute.

...you clearly don't live in an area with a lot of deer if they are worth taking pictures of.

I just saw two deer out my back door.

hehe, so far killer here has added a small raccoon and opossum to his count of killed in our back yard. one of our cats last week was backed up by a fox next door but our neighbor scared the fox off. he likes our cats because they keep mice/moles out of his yard (and bring them to us, sometimes alive). deer are pretty common to see around here. lots of trees.
