Martin should race as long as he wants to.

In this new generation of nascar where immaturity, bloated egos and media whoring seem to gain more fans than actual talent, it's refreshing to see Martin still out there with a measure of dignity and respect for other people.

Morgan is a noble man that I have a heap of respect for.......he loves to race but he also wants to spread his message........pretty amazing that he is still able to
 
i can see mark eventually becoming a buddy baker type of mentor to young drivers. it would be a shame if he held on to driving after he's no longer competitive (which isn't now) like ol' dw and some others that should have retired a few years earlier.

BS, Morgan Shepherd plain sucks. He couldn't crack the top 20 in JJs car with Knauss as crew chief. Martins talent is fading a little also if you guys haven't noticed.

I really don't understand how this thread turned into a "flame Morgan Shepherd" thread. All I said was that Morgan is passionate about racing. BobbyFord said that Mark was passionate about his racing and all I was trying to do was say is that many people, much older than Martin are passionate about their racing. Doesn't mean they are competitive. Saying Morgan sucks is really intelligent. :rolleyes:

The reason he is not in the top ten in Cup points is because he run the Nationwide Series:sarcasm:.and he always finishes each race,not like some lame ass start and park cars..
Nationwide,Cup,big difference.I thought TNT would have explained the differences betweent he two series by now:dunce:
