Well, I count 6 primes... Every number from 1-16 is accounted for, and I suck at sudoku, so i'll let somebody else find the pattern..

Row by definition means horizontal......think more than that.
 
Ok, each number is different.

Each row across adds up to 34.

Each vertical row adds up to 34.

The 2 diagonals add up to 34.

But you still need to look a little deeper for one more goodie.
