A little puppy love for college foots this weekend for me..............
Northwestern +14
Iowa +3
Wake Forest +7
UCLA +3.5
Stanford +4.5
Indiana +3.5
Middle Tenn St +4.5

I think all of these teams have a shot of winning SU:beerbang:
 
The Buckeyes lost to Purdue. Purdue was 1-5 coming into the game. Terrell Pryor, Ohio States quarterback, had the worst game of his career, by far.

Combined with Florida State taking their own season, this gives me little reason to pay attention the rest of the college season. Until the Ohio State - Michigan game, that is.
 
I have just one thing to say about today's games...so far... Again, my Sooners lost, albeit a hard close game.

The Texas/OU game was good. Looked to me like both teams spent the first half trying to take out as many players as they could.

Texas worked hard to lose it, but defense kept them in it.
 
BP....patience, patience. Tom O'Brien is a good coach and eventually State will be competitive. Most good things take a while to happen.

buckaroo, you remind me of when I was a kid and the Pirates always finished in 8th place.....in the National league, when it only had 8 teams. my favorite words were the same as many, "wait until next year". :D

yeah, Texas and Florida still appear to be the best of the bunch, but neither are really standing out at this stage. Alabama, last time they were great, Bear Bryant was coach, yeah, and Namath was quarterback.

Here's the thing...last four bowl games, 0-4. Last four games vs. Texas, 1-3, and yet they are 3-0 in the Big 12 Championship. I'm still a Sooner fan and will be for ever, but I wish they would win the Big ones!
