Just finished watching the DE Legacy video. Kind of reminded me of right after his death. Was at Tona when he died, but was close to Jacksonville before we knew it. The following weekend, the Mrs and I decided to go down to Welcome, NC and see what everyone had left at the RCR museum. What a sight that was and there were people from all over the country even at that time. I still miss ole Ironhead, though I never rooted for him cept when he finally did win the Daytona 500. His following is so loyal, that even today, many of you are still using his name or picture as your avatar. He was truely a racer's racer and I don't know if anyone else will have such an affect on people when they die.
