I was notified of this group via Facebook & have recently joined it and liked it's Facebook page. They offer a great amount of free stuff (small things like water bottles, sports bags, flags, etc...) and you just pay the price for shipping and handling. Ive never gave them my info because free stuff always follows the "if its too good to be true, it probably isn't" cliche. Wondering if anyone here is apart of the club and has received these gifts without issue?

I was in it several years ago for three years. I don't know if they've improved it or not but it was a severe pain in the ass when I was a member. Back then in my experience it was a gimmee more and we'll give you less gimmick. That was well before nascar took control of nascar.com so maybe they improved it.

I usually read reviews & comments on the page to see how legit it is, but now with companies paying reviewers to write 5 star reviews & comments, I cant tell who's real or not anymore.

I never joined because I have learned before anything free on the internet is ALWAYS a pain in the ass.
Hell, even buying stuff from NASCAR.com is a pain. I bought a Gordon chase hat a few years back and it took 4 months to get to my doorstep. Never again.

last time I even looked at nascar.com was 3 years ago.If I buy anything nascar anymore it's at the track.

i had a bud go for a free flag, i tried to explain to him how can they give away so much free stuff. he went ahead, he got the flag, and i admit it was a nice one, but also got his credit card billed 50.00 to join the club to be able to get the free stuff, he called them up and they said he needed to cancel his membership before 30 days were up to avoid the membership fee. he called his credit card company and they took care of it and his money was credited back. thinking back it may have been 80.00 membership fee.
