She didn't hit him enough as he's still breathing. IMHO of course.
 
If she would have used a firearm he would'nt have multiple injuries and require long term care and treatment ( which most likely WE the Taxpayers will pay for :( )

Note this part of the article:

We have No Problem with illegal immigrants :sarcasm::sarcasm::sarcasm:

I'd recomend a .45 ACP strapped to the bedpost next time ;)
