Old Timers race during Dayton Speed Weeks

No, it is not on the schedule, but wouldn't that be pretty cool to see some of the old time retired drivers get back into stock cars unter an IROC style format starting at Daytona? If the France family could develop a type of spec car for them to race I wonder how many would bite?

They did have a attempt at that several years ago. I think the thing that screwed it was that they were running sports cars though. I don't think they should have it at some of the big tracks though since the drivers wouldn't be in condition for that type of racing anymore.
