The first half of the superbowl was so bad, I was seriously hoping
Paul McCartney would have a wardrobe malfunction at half time.
Then that didn't happen either.
Betsy

The first half did reek, didn't it. Looked like both teams had a case of "I forgot how to play football."

Loved the halftime show. But, from the looks of the crowd around the stage, none of them were even a gleam in their daddy's eye when those songs were popular. LOL

I, being a Texan, am not a fan of either team. That said i do enjoy a few of the big league teams and the superbowl is always a shrimp and hushpuppy party at my home... Everyone here agreed that the game was lost single-handedly by McMabb. Some even thought that if he was not so highly paid he might have thrown the game for money! It was so obvious to us all that HE lost the game, if he had of been a C'boy we would have got a rope!

Being from Patriots country originally, of course I was pulling for them. True, the firs half was like Pop Warner, but I sure enjoyed the last half.

woah woah waoh

he didn't single handedly lose the game. the philly rushing defense was terrible in the 2nd half. last time i checked donovan didn't play defense...
philly also had a terrible running game. and i think the loss of their tight end affected them more than people thought it would. philly's line didn't block that well at all, and not going to a hurry up offense at the end of the game was a huge mistake by andy reid. so it can't be donovan's fault entirely. i'd estimate a third of it being his fault. then again, i bleed orange and donovan is the brightest star in the nfl to graduate from the 'cuse so my opinons could be slightly off
