this weeks power rankings Mikey is listed as 13th at nascar.com with the caption beside him being: He’s on TV more than Wolf Blitzer these days. Is this nascar.com saying enough already what you think?

other funny ones
Elliott Sadler: This man is about to explode like Tony Stewart. No, not that kind of explode.

Dale Jarrett: “I was getting outrun by cars that were wrecked,” he said. Not your fault, dude. A wrecked car also beat everyone else. (thats also an intersting comment added by nascar.com)

He has definetely been shown on TV a lot more than last year. But they don't show him all the time.

he is just as anoying as his big brother, at the track this weakend I noticed when they did the driver intos and drove them around the track.

All the drivers were standing and waving but Mickel was setting on the bed with the napa lgo facing us, how stupid is that. I know about sponser loyolty but that is redickiles.

He has no respect for the sport.

But I gotta take it easy on him, after his comments supporting Bush I had a little bit more respect for him. But as far as his racing is concerned I can't stand him.

yea, when he is infront of the camra he is holding his shirt up , he is that scared of lossing his ride?

The only napa comircial I like is the one were Jr. and Park are making fun of him.

I don't watch him on speed any more, I change the channel when he comes on

I dont see what his problem is, he races and talks about his sponsors all the time, I think he is sometimes funny too! :)

I agree paul, there is a thing called "Going to far" and he has done it.

All the drivers talk about there sponsers and do comircles but micky takes it to far.

I saw his doing a interveiw and asked the guy to move the mic becase it was blocking the logo. Who cares. We all know he drives the napa car.

I like his personality, in small doses. He is so goofy you can't help but laugh at him. All the TV spots/commercials it's getting to be too much.

Thats true, but he and his team are getting more money for doing that.

Guess what More Mikey this week!! He will be in the booth for the truck race!!

From jayski
Mikey gets a TV gig and DW miked: Michael Waltrip will join Rick Allen, Dorsey Schroeder and Barry Dodson in the booth for this weekend's Craftsman Truck Series event in Martinsville. Waltrip has a vested interest in the race, as older brother Darrell - a three-time Winston Cup champion - will be racing a DEI-powered truck owned by Michael and crewed by Michael's NASCAR Busch Series crew. SPEED Channel will bring race fans a unique view to DW's return, as the truck will be equipped with in-car cameras and the racing legend will be wired for sound for the entire race. In addition, fellow FOX broadcasters Larry McReynolds and Jeff Hammond also will be a part of the SPEED broadcast, with McReynolds acting as Waltrip's spotter and Hammond observing from the pits

Oh Gawd!!.. I guess the mute button gets a workout this weekend. For some reason, he is begining to get on the last nerve I have left. If the team has any duct tape patches left from the weekend, they could use one on his mouth.

I may not agree with the way he treats the camra and his sponsers but I still like to watch him drive. And like most race fans I could not pass up a apertunity for a photo :p
