I used to drink around 4-5 cups of coffee (milk & sugar) a day, until I read the following very interesting book:

I quit all caffeine for around a year after that, then got back on the horse in the form of 1-2 bottles of Snapple iced tea a day.
It really is an incredibly addictive drug. Most people who love coffee have no idea that 97% of their motivation for picking up that next cup has to do with addiction. Caffeine exacerbates so many diseases and conditions, yet most people think of it as safe because it's legal. According to the author of this book, the caffeine industry (primarily soda manufacturers) lobbies heavily to maintain this image.
Between caffeine and sugar addictions, it's a wonder anyone makes it past 65 these days.

My coffee looks more like iced tea it's so weak. I use half-decaf, half-real coffee. Drink one cup, sometimes 2. And, never drink coffee after noon.
I made coffee for my grannie one morning, years ago. She looked at and said that it was the first time she'd ever had coffee that she could see through. LOL

I quit alcohol and cigarettes because of what they were doing to me.
My_favortie joke is about the guy who cut out drinkin', cut out smokin' and he cut out chasin' women. Now he cuts out paper dolls.
Sugar in my coffee all day long. Two more addictions to work on I suppose but not just yet.
