Opening night

So for y'all that attend your local tracks, how about some opening night status?
For me, Potomac Speedway opens on Friday, and Virginia Motor Speedway the following Saturday. Damn, I can't wait.
 
We've been racing almost non-stop here in East Tennessee. I have only been to a couple of them. Too cold for my blood. The track where I'm at photographer at was snowed out last week.

411, right? I know a couple people that were planning on going and racing.
 
Thompson Icebreaker this upcoming weekend will kick off the season here in New England. Test and Tune couldn't yesterday and Saturday was cancelled because there was still snow on the track, but supposed to be warmer this week and rainy, so all the snow should be gone for racing next weekend. Still a little cold for me to hang out and watch racing, going to wait to April 30th for the Sizzler at Stafford, should be warmer, although you never know here in New England, this has been a whacky winter.
 
Last weekend was the first of the year at Attica. I won't go until the low temp is in the 50s, I love racing but don't wanna freeze my butt off out there

Drove 76 miles to the track to find out 4 Super Late Models showed up and they cancelled race :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
This was to be the first of a 6 race series.

Highlight of the night, ate fantastic Ribs at Slims in Arcadia, Fl. :)
