There were also some fines and probations handed out for the Busch race and the Truck race.

as quoted from That's Racin':
NASCAR also issued another $40,000 in fines and issued probations for incidents in the Busch and Truck races at Richmond:

--Busch Series drivers Shane Hmiel and Jason Keller were fined $5,000 each and their crew chiefs, Gere Kinnon for Hmiel's team and Steve Addington for Keller's, were fined $10,000 for their involvement in a garage area altercation following Friday's race. Hmiel lost control of his car and ran into Keller's in the waning laps of the Funai 250. Both drivers and both crew chiefs also are on probation until Dec. 31.

--Bobby Hamilton was fined $10,000 and placed on probation until the end of the Truck Series season for crashing Brendan Gaughan's truck following Thursday night's race.

Looks like almost everyone did bring their Bristol stuff to the race.

Did anybody catch exactly what happened between Hmiel & Keller? In the garage area after the race that is.

I don't believe it was either & was wondering if anything was written. First I heard of it was when they announced the fines.

I am happy that Bobby Hamilton Sr, is on prohbation and fined, he shouldnt be racing anymore cuz he is washed up.

Shane got loose off a corner and wiggled all down the backstretch. Instead of letting up on the gas to control his speed into the next turn, he went down on the apron and slid up into Keller.

I dont see how you can be washed up yet running in the top 5 in points in the Truck Series at the same time. I guess every driver over 35 is washed up now huh? <_<

BGNRacing.com mentioned that there was some sort of confrontation in the garage area after the race.

Can't blame Keller for getting mad. As TRL said, Shane failed to let up on the throttle. He caused a wreck that didn't need to happen because he didn't want to lose position with a car that was not under control.

I guess it was out of sight of the cameras but not out of sight to the officials and fans, hence the fines.
