“Page could not be loaded.”

Anyone know why I keep getting this? Is it a Google issue? It’s pretty much a constant issue on my phone. I can click a few times with no issue, then once I get this message, I get it every time until I close Google completely by throwing out the tab. Then once I go back into Google, it works fine a few times until throwing this message at me again. It hasn’t always done this.

I run into this every now and then too. I'm looking into it to see what it even means. World's most unhelpful error message. Like, where is the problem at? Tell me?!

I've been running into the same thing the last 3-4 days, thought it was just my phone. I hit refresh and everything goes back to normal, but I get that message every time I click back on to the site.
