Courtney Force is low in F/C with a 4.01 at 322 mph and her teammate Robert Hight had the 2nd quickest run with a 4.02. Tony Schumacher was low in T/F with a 3.74 at 328 mph. Nhra has announced that they are allowing unlimited testing for the nitro cars in 2013. They also announced the new oil down penalties for 2013. The first oil down is $1500.00 and then it increases to $3000.00 per oil down.
