LOS ANGELES (AP) - A judge sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in jail Friday for violating her probation, putting the brakes on the hotel heiress' famous high life.

Hilton, who parlayed her name and relentless partying into worldwide notoriety, must go to jail on June 5 and she will not be allowed any work release, no furloughs, no use of an alternative jail and no electronic monitoring in lieu of jail, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled after a hearing.

She'll be locked-down in PC. Camp Snoopy for 45 days. She won't even do the whole 45, my bet is three weeks, max.
Preferential treatment doesn't sit right with me. You commit the same crime as someone else and do half the time. Makes sense doesn't it? :confused:

You know we CANT have her missing her parties..the world would be on disaray..raining upwards Volcanoes blowing off constant raining and snow..all kind of things. :rolleyes:
 
You know i never saw all the appeal of Hilton anyway, she is just an average looking , skinny , spoiled girl in my opinion. Not sure why so many people think she is hot and all that? She certainly doesn't do much for me, i could care less how long she is in jail i sure wouldn't miss her.:confused:

As far as I'm concerned she's a dunce.
You figure she might have been raised better. Spoiled rotten.
There were photos circulating on the internet of her smoking pot, smoking a crack pipe, snorting a white-powdery substance off of a mirror, etc.
My guess is her troubles are just beginning.

I think she qualifies for the nappy-headed ho category. :D She does absolutely nothing for me, but then again I don't go for the anorexic, spoiled, stupid type anyways.

Yeah NHH, maybe. But stupid? Lets all compare bank accounts.. and then see who the stupid ones are..
Doing what she does must pay very well.. If I could get that much money I'd do just about anything she has done.. Perhaps I'd have done it a bit more sober than she appears to have, But, trust me, for that kind of money I'd be in jail with her..
As far as I know she hasn't KILLED anyone, or molested any young children.
She is mostly guilty of not falling into line with the rest of society, not much else. Good thing she is not a muslim... she would be stoned in the street wouldn't she?

You don't have to be smart to be born into money. What has she done? She's made a porn home movie that put her into the public. If she wasn't a Hilton, she'd just be another stupid girl, and I do believe that she is stupid.

I got nothing against stupid girls...had some of my best times with stupid girls ("what's the funny thing at the end of the rubber?")...didn't marry one (the conversation would have lapsed)...but they do deserve credit

(AP) LOS ANGELES Paris Hilton's lawyers have taken the first step to appeal her 45-day jail sentence.

A judge ordered the 26-year-old socialite on Friday to report to a county jail by June fifth for violating the terms of her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case.

But Hilton's lawyers say they've filed a notice with the court that they intend to appeal on Friday.

The document is required before a formal appeal can be lodged.

Paris Hilton said Saturday that she feels like she's being treated unfairly. She called the sentence cruel and unwarranted and said she doesn't deserve it.

Yeah, it's totally unwarranted. After all, her publicist told her that she could still drive for work. And being a Skank is a full time job, y'know. And she only go the tickets in the first place because the cops were pulling her over asking for dates.
