Park both Denny and Brad for now and 2morrow cause someone's gonna get hurt if they are both are there and it won't be fair to just park one.

This is just crazy.

He said he was going to do it and he did. Obvious even to a blind man. Hamhead's comments after the race sounded like he's the self-appointed enforcer for the "veteran" drivers.

Harvick said he was going to spin someone in a truck race and he did. Na$car black flagged him and IIRC pulled him from the cup race the next day. A one lap penalty for Hamhead today meant nothing.

Yep.

I swear thought Denny really needs to be drug tested. I didn't hear any cheers when he wrecked Brad or see any pit crew cheering...hmm..

Nah. I believe they got the BS out of their system and it's over. The way Hamlin did it was very calculated and waited until they were leaving the turn so Kes wouldn't slide up to the wall. He could have been a real dick and slammed into him while in the middle of the turn and that would have been dangerous.

Kind of like fighting in hockey, the refs let em go sometimes so the two guys get it out of their system and calm down before one of the two does something real stupid to hurt the other guy or end his career.

But why do it to Kevin a few years back and not Denny.

This time is worst cause both are still in the Cup race. As far as I know the guy Kevin wrecked in the truck race in what 01..02..wasn't in the Cup race.

I mean I just don't wanna see anyone get hurt. If parking both would be work do it. But Denny for sure needs to be.

I see your point and it's a good one. Kes knows how to avoid answering retaliation questions on camera but does differently the next race. Both a great driver in my opinion. If I were nascar I would tell them before the cup race that if I see any of that crap tomorrow you will be suspended the first five races next season. I hate to bring the NHL reference back up but thats usually how they do it when two clowns start head hunting each other on a regular basis.

I can agree with that.

But yeah both are great drivers and I'll admit this feud has made Nascar a little more fun lately. But heck I say settle it outside the car man to man. Not car to car.

That would be another good option. They look like they might be in th same weight class. I would have to go with Brad though. He seems scrappy to me.

btw

This was on twitter

nateryan Denny Hamlin: "I challenge anybody to get wrecked as much as we have by 1 driver & not do anything. The weekend ain't over, either.

sooooo Denny saying the weekend isn't over yet...hmmm..

Nascar better sit him down and talk to him...

Yea thats way out of line. He already did what he set out to do. Why continue?

Just finished watching the recorded race. I like Denny's moves :D
Did Kyle set a record for the most records set in a season???

I didn't see Kez do anything to Hamhead today. I did see Hamhead follow up on what he said last week.
If he's planning on taking Kez out again tomorrow as it appears is his plan judging from that twitter, Na$car has to step in and pull him out of tomorrows race.
Not only could someone get hurt but a lot of cars could be torn up costing other owners lots of money which I'm sure won't make them fans.
He's been full time cup since 06. Prior to that some cup races, ARCA and truck in 05.
Where does he come off speaking for the "veteran" drivers?

Nascar doesn't have the balls to park a Chase driver even though it would be the right thing to do.

I say don't park him just on a threat but if he does do anything again, sit out the the offender first race, or races, the beginning of next season.

Cause NASCAR wont let them do it that way. Neither will the crews that suddenly think they were driving the car and need to step in and help. The only way these guys can get any retribution when they are pissed is with the cars because everybody has made it impossible to do it one on one. Not saying its the right thing to do but man one guy keeps messing with you all year you just finally get to a break point i dont care what level of racing your in.

As long as they have their fued in front of the 48.
:beerbang::beerbang::beerbang:
you mean we have to wait until jj is coming up to put them a a lap (or more) down. <g> i expect denny and brad to be on their best behavior today. when the race ends i expect it will have been much ado about nothing.

Or a full out battle if Hamhead fulfills his words,,,,

I'm not sure and can't remember if Na$car ever carried a penalty forward into the next season. Seems all penalty/probations end Dec 31

NASCAR is tickled to death about this and wouldn't step in for anything. This is just what they need, or think they need to help get more viewers. And how many of us are going to sit and watch more intensively to see if something does happen between the two? Just my hunch, but I think that NASCAR has already spoken to them, or at least their agents about what could happen to them if something does go wrong. However, they won't dare tell the public this because it would then take away from the excitement.

I totally agree. It would be a lot more fun to watch those two go at it then simply watching JJ make laps while Jerry Punch slobbers all over the microphone over him.

I think I will watch football today, at least switch back and forth between the race and football.

I don't think Brian France watches the race. :D
