UPDATE: Pat Summitt released from hospital

UT Lady Vols Basketball Coach Pat Summitt was released from St. Mary's Hospital in Knoxville Friday morning.
Summitt was rushed to the hospital by ambulance after passing out at her home Thursday evening. She was treated for dehydration at the hospital, and kept overnight for observation.
According to UT spokesperson Debby Jennings, Summitt will resume normal activities Friday.
Summitt is the winningest coach in basketball history, recently leading the Lady Vols to their seventh national championship.
