Was wondering if you could move my picture over to the members gallery? I posted it in the roll call thread the other night. Also how do I use the animated avatars? I put it in but it didn't work. Is it because I had to resize?
 
Sure, I didn't notice your pic but will add it tonight.

It depends on which program you used to rezise it, Imageready is used to resize animated gifs.
 
I used photohouse to resize now they won't animate! I didn't think I would have to resize with the bigger avatar sizes
 
Animated gifs are just a bunch of frames, think like a flipbook animation...were you flip the pages really fast and it looks like it's animation.

Using a regular image editing tool only resizes the first page of the animation and discards the rest...

Did that make any sense?
 
Made sense to me Paul.........where would someone get "Imageready"?
