Vanessa Mae is very big in Europe. She tries to merge classical music with rock. Shes was a child prodigy and plays with many symphonies around the world. Her work is more like jazz to me, but she's clearly classical. Notice in the last picture, she is trying to look like Laura Croft.

did she ever play the piano? I remember a prodigy that played the piano and she was GOOD........ this was a few years ago or so........

I've only seen two of her CDs and that was in Barnes and Noble. She does terrific with Vivaldi's Four Seasons. I have quite a few singles by her and if anyone wants to down load any, I'm always available on Grokster or Kazaa. Let me know and I will log on and stay there, that way you will be able to get a response. Just let me know when. As far as I know, she's never played the piano.
