He has a lot of nerve trying to accuse anyone at DEI of anything. He just may get run over by a Chevy pickup and have beer bottles thrown at him. :p
 
They did not sign the contract that they offered and HE signed? And they paid according to that contract? Down here we would get us a rope! Maybe in a more civilized state he should get a lawyer.. Put me on the jury and the trial would be over in 1/2 a heartbeat.. The facts above make it BINDING.

he has every right to complain. 10 races sin't enough to find out if your goin to work out as a crew cheif. and i would totally beleive that tony sr would be spending more time with tony jr and the old 8 crew. and you need to look at the progress they made from race 3 to race 10. from like 30th in points up to 11th isn't to bad
 
Well I hope who ever is hired makes darn sure all the papers are signed before they start work. This could come back and bite DEI if peeps don't think they are negotiating fairly...
