I wasn't alive in the the 60s and am not old enough to remember the 70s so if i picked for those decades I would just be going on what I heard and not what i have seen.
 
I really don't know about the 60's and 70's or even the 80's much. I know that Pett would be in there somewhere.

80's I would go with Earnhardt and DW.
90's I would go with Earnhardt and unfortunately Jeffy
00's I would go with Earnhardt, Jr and Newman.
