yep, thats how DE and I do it.....................love it.,,:)

Well she is on one computer and I'm on another. We have three computers. One with no internet. I didn't know that we had a network between the other two.

You will need two network interface cards (NICs) and connecting Cat 5E cable connected to a router which is connected to either a cable or DSL modem. Should be able to do it for less than 150 bucks. But, if you are going to do it, you need either cable or DSL connection......56kps dial up modem just won't work (too slow). Not hard, but I know it sounds complicated. Your ISP can help you out a lot.:)

We have DSL and the two computers are networked. She is on the computer trying to type in the family room and I'm on the computer in my parents' room. This is so much funner with somebody I actually know on here.

Okay........looks like all you need to do is call your ISP and get sis another (separate) separate account. Apparently you are already networked and connected but your isp is logging you two on as one account with two identities!!:) Your are about 3/4 there.:D
