While I suppose the presence of several cars running laps at Darlington without sheetmetal on the front clip contributed very little to the actual race; at least one group of people should have been overjoyed.
It might have been beneath the radar of some, but for those who wonder what the best parts for their car might be (be it race or hot rod) the answer was plain. If you chose to believe the WC boys run the best there is and are in search of a radiator...........look for C & R Racing Radiators.
The C & R logo was plain to see and was present on every radiator I saw.
Wonder if those folks who calculate the exposure value (Joyce Julius or something like that) of TV time will have placed on value on the free advertising these folks got?
