I'd have to say that NASCAR took appropriate action & the fact that hey may still suffer some fallout from this, in terms of sponsorship is enough "punishment".

honestly i think nascar got it right. and this should be a turning point for kyle. it's up to him: live up to the promise of your talents or fade away to oblivion just as fast as the rise to the top.

He might be had CHEAP and I'm thinking there's some sponsor's out there who fit right in with his style....WWE, UFC, Preperation H, Mydol, Adderall, American Association of Anger Management Providers.... I mean the list is endless.

That's the first thing I would do, his actions outside of the cup series are now effecting what should be his main focus in racing.

Yep. I've said it several times this year, Kyle would probably be a two time champion at the end of the year if he didn't run the other divisions. Fact is, Kyle runs those divisions solely for the paycheck, and if he don't win, it affects him mentally.

Kyle needs to be a 1 time champion before he can be a 2 time champion. Paycheck? You can't be serious. Kyle proved once and for all why he races trucks and NW, to pad his win total. If he loved racing, he would never do what he did. If he loved racing, he would have finished the race even without a winning truck.

I haven't heard Robin Miller's thoughts on this case, but I agree with that real Hate is good for racing (yeah I know I am inconsistent. I supported parking Kyle, he crossed the line).

Why is that? Because they don't pay well.

If you think Kyle runs the highest paying races in CRA, PASS North and Nationwide/Trucks because he loves racing, I have a bridge for sale. It's all about the money.

Only thing that would hurt is Kyle's win total some cause he isn't running for a championship there so there isn't much of a point to that.

Actually, I think NASCAR did exactly the right thing for a change. I try to be the first to congratulate them when they get something right, so I have the right to slam them the other 95% of the time. It's kinda the reason why I make sure to vote, so I can bit** about the state of things.
